Orders, Delivery & Returns
Everything we manufacture is built-to-order – just for you! – so we’re not able to accept returns. A confirmed return merchandise authorization (RMA) is needed to return any Byrne product.
Your method of payment will be charged when you submit your online order.
Yes, of course! Most Byrne products are covered under a Limited Warranty. See Terms & Conditions for more information.
Byrne’s standard lead times are the fastest in the business—normally 5-7 days. (And sometimes even sooner!) However, because we build everything to order, our lead times may fluctuate for certain items. We offer multiple shipping methods, ranging from UPS ground to Next Day air so you can choose when your items are delivered.

You’re welcome to shop Byrne’s store without an account. You can check out as a guest or create an account to simplify future purchases. For large-volume trade and contract needs, you’ll want to register for an account on our partner shopping portal, You Make Byrne.
Byrne offers a select portfolio of products through the online store. An extended offering is available to commercial customers through our partner portal. If you don’t find what you’re looking for here, or have a specific power problem to solve, we can help. If you can dream it, we can deliver it—that’s just the way we’re wired.
Displaying Byrne colors as accurately as possible is a very big deal for us – and for you. Of course, we can't guarantee that your computer monitor will always display our colors the way they appear in real life.
